Extended Travel; Extreme Articulation For Lifted Suspensions |
THE PROBLEM: A lifted vehicle dramatically increases stress on stock components and often exceeds the original design limitations.
THE SOLUTION: TrakMotive Extended Travel CV Axles are designed with a sliding center bar that provides up to 40mm more travel than an OEM CV shaft. Additionally, the CV joints can achieve up to a 47° articulation angle compared to a maximum 23° articulation angle on an OE CV joint. Extended Travel Axles will work with any lift kit that uses the stock axle.
Other Features & Benefits:
- Premium Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) boots are stronger and more resistant to off-road damage
- Assembled with the correct ABS Tone Ring*
- Heat-Treated & Precision-Machined Solid Steel Center Shafts
- Heat-Treated Machine-Ground Cages, Races & Bearings
- Includes all necessary attaching hardware and grease*
- Includes new dust rings & guards*
*Where Required
Installation Tip: If the part comes with an ABS Ring, but your vehicle does not have ABS, you may leave the ring in place if it does not interfere with installation.
