This kit includes an H6 Upgraded A/C Compressor. This 10 cylinder design is more efficient and quieter than the 6 cylinder design.

Features & Benefits:

The compressor included in this kit is prefilled with 3 oz. of OE-Specified Oil.
Oil does not need to be drained, but must be counted as part of the manufacturer's overall recommended system amount.

A/C Compressor is 100% vacuum and leak tested for long life and proper performance

High quality carbon steel reed valves resist cracking and improve reliability

Double lip shaft seal dramatically reduces potential for shaft seal leaks

Teflon coated piston reduces friction for a quieter/smoother operation

Includes required o-rings / sealing washer for ease of installation

Service Tip: Once filled with oil, place or hold the new A/C Compressor with the front seal facing down for 1-3 minutes. This will help coat the seal with oil - if this seal is not lubricated before installation, refrigerant may leak.

Which A/C Compressor Do I Need?

Certain vehicles came with multiple compressor styles. You can only replace your current compressor with the same style compressor. Locate the tag on the back or side of your existing compressor. Look for information like Manufacturer Name, Compressor Type / Style, and Model Number / Part Number.
